Dr Ravikumar Bangalore Krishnaiah (Ravi) is the founder and senior psychiatrist at Mind and Memory Services, bringing over 20 years of rich experience in General Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Neurodevelopmental Disorders (including ADHD, ASD, and Learning Difficulties), and Cognitive Disorders.

She undertakes detailed systematic objective assessments using various rating scales and computerised testing for ADHD.

Nicole’s areas of interest include anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, and sleep. Nicole utilises a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.

Jlaissel is the Patient Coordinator supporting new patients through the intake and onboarding process, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming start to their care at Mind and Memory.

She also facilitates TOVA assessments as part of the ADHD assessment process and is trained to deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment sessions under the supervision of Senior Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Ravikumar Krishnaiah. Jlaissel works closely with the clinical team to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their assessment and treatment journey.
