Understanding Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions characterised by unhealthy relationships with food, body image, and eating behaviours. They can affect physical health, emotional wellbeing, and social functioning. Eating disorders often develop alongside other mental health challenges and require specialised support for recovery.
