Urgent Appointments
- Urgent same-day script: $75 (no rebate) for existing patients only applies if a review appointment has been missed or cancelled.
- Urgent same-day 30 min appointment: $350 (no rebate) for existing patients only applies if a review appointment has been missed or cancelled.
Referrals
- GP referrals valid for 12 months.
- Without a valid referral, no Medicare rebate applies.
- This includes DVA and WorkCover claims.
Medicare Rebates
- Rebates are submitted on your behalf with your consent.
- Typically processed within 48 business hours from when we submit them.
- Medicare Safety Net may reduce your overall out-of-pocket costs (see Services Australia for details).
Prepayment & Deposits
- Initial appointments require a $350 deposit.
- Prepayment required for all new appointments.
- 1.5% card processing fee applies for all transactions.
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum 24 business hours’ notice required.
- $100 cancellation fee applies.
- More than 15 minutes late may be considered non-attendance.
