Jlaissel is the Patient Coordinator who supports new patients through the intake and onboarding process, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming start to their care at Mind and Memory.
She also facilitates TOVA assessments as part of the ADHD assessment process and delivers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment sessions under the supervision of Senior Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Ravikumar Krishnaiah. Jlaissel works closely with the clinical team to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their assessment and treatment journey.
